Chef Stuart hails from Tipperary, Ireland where he began cooking at a young age. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Stu is a renowned and highly sought after private chef. He is also a member of the exclusive cast of Big City Chefs' popular Food Network series, Private Chefs of Beverly Hills, where he caters to the clientele of swank L.A. neighborhoods. Shortly after his American television debut, Irish television network TV3 scooped him up to star in his own cooking show, "Stuart's Kitchen." Chef Stu's style of cuisine is influenced by his Irish upbringing, European training (he earned his B.A. in Culinary Arts from the Dublin institute of Technology) and California residence. Combining these sensibilities, he produces simple, elegant dishes full of comfort and flavor yet created with a healthy, active lifestyle in mind. |
