After graduating from the Art Institute in Houston, Texas, Chef Annie's desire to immerse herself in the world's best kitchens drove her to move to California in the summer of 2000. She has worked for many prestigious hotels, resorts, and restaurants throughout California that includes The Montage Laguna Beach, the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, the St. Regis Monarch Beach, the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, and the Michelin-star Park Tavern. She has also had the privilege of working with many great chefs like Gregory Short, James Boyce, Jennifer Puccio, and Tyson Cole. Over the past few years, she has focused slowly on working in of a farm to table setting to provide a more intimate relationship between ingredients and guests.
