A native San Diegan, Private Chef Justin has been working in the food and live entertainment industries for more than fourteen years. He earned his degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of California in San Diego. After owning his own catering company, he became part of the opening culinary staff at dining destination Vela Restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond rated Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Chef Justin was thrilled to combine his love of food and performing when he joined Big City Chef’s San Diego team of private chefs and has quickly become a favorite for cooking classes and dinner parties. Chef Justin enjoys cooking Mexican, Asian, and seasonal California cuisine. His love for food is not overshadowed by his love for his beautiful wife, Bonnie, and his son, Jack.
