After shaping his creative culinary perspectives through lengthy stints at San Diego's Zagat-rated Bertrand at Mr. A's and Le Fountainbleu at the Westgate Hotel, Chef Joshua joined Big City Chefs' San Diego team of personal chefs in 2003. Since then, Chef Joshua has become a husband, father, and one of Big City Chefs' most popular and most dynamic personal chefs in the San Diego region. In addition to experimenting with new techniques and combinations of flavors and textures, he particularly likes to cook Asian, Mexican, and Italian cuisines grounded in classic techniques.
