Introducing Chef Josh Alkire

A member of our San Francisco Bay Area team, Chef Josh Alkire worked at the Zagat-rated, regionally acclaimed Bertrand at Mister A's, one of the San Diego area's longstanding top destinations for classic French inspired contemporary cuisine. He previously worked as Sous Chef of the elegant Westgate Hotel's Fontainbleu Dining Room in the heart of San Diego's vibrant downtown.

His deep passion for food and his self-proclaimed zest for life brought him into the personal chef profession and have extended his culinary traditions into other cuisines. "Working as a personal chef, I bring fun and creativity into clients' homes," he says.

"My knowledge of classic French techniques, combined with a love of Asian, Mexican, and Italian traditions, provide me with a broad framework for satisfying even the most demanding palates." Indeed, Chef Josh's enthusiastic execution of authentic international cuisines has made him one of our most popular chefs.
